THE PETITION This was setup within 1 hour of the announced proposal, so far we have several hundred signatures and are continuing to gain support from residents in other areas that will be affected by this proposed development. Posters and petition forms are in various locations and details of where to return them are on the bottom of the form. You can also DOWNLOAD HERE
We have written to Gazeley in the early days requesting a public meeting and were also kindly offered a choice of venues in Stanground, when this comes to fruition we will let people know

ABOUT THE GROUP It was the only action group until
several other residents thought that they could do better by working with and
being advised by PCC councillors. PCC are wanting the development to go ahead,
not only for the obvious financial gain but also to comply with government
quotas, let’s not forget that Milton Keynes recently received a payment from
Gazeley of over 800k (the first of several)
The domain name was registered immediately after the first committee meeting at the request of the members in attendance, This action group is not controlled by any officers or representatives from PCC and is totally independent of any political organisation
We have been busy behind the scenes and will not publicly disclose our actions or strategies for obvious reasons, I can say however that excellent headway has been made to date
The action group carry out various community and environmental activities and recently have been working with residents in Parnwell
We would like to thank Peter Boizot MBE and the staff at The Great Northern Hotel for providing us with free facilities and supporting the work that we do in the community
OTHER CAMPAIGNS We are currently working with residents on 2 other campaigns for Stanground, full details of which will be posted here soon
